What we collect

When you use the offer form, we collect what you type in and the photos you add: your name, phone number or email, city, how you would like us to contact you, whether you are 18 or older, and details about your cards. If you text or call us instead, we have your phone number and whatever you send.

Why we collect it

Only to review your cards, make you an offer, arrange a meetup, and complete a purchase if you accept. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it is stored

• Form submissions and photos are stored in private cloud storage on Vercel, our hosting provider. They are not publicly accessible.
• A copy of each submission is emailed to us through Resend, our email provider. If you give an email address, we send you a confirmation the same way.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions only as long as we need them to make an offer and complete a sale, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

Analytics and spam protection

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast pages load. They do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. We also count taps on our call and text buttons and completed offer forms, without any personal details. To keep bots from flooding the form, the site runs Vercel BotID, an automatic check in your browser that requires nothing from you.

Children

Sellers under 18 need a parent or guardian at the meetup who approves the sale. If your child wants to sell cards, please fill out the form yourself or with them. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without a parent involved.

Removing your information

To have your submission and photos deleted, text or call (757) 394-0583. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
