Can I sell to you at a card show?

Yes. Nick goes to most Hampton Roads card shows. Text ahead to confirm and set a time.

We do not run a vendor table, so a quick text with a few photos is all it takes. Text (757) 394-0583 to confirm Nick will be at your show, or to set up a meetup somewhere else before then.

How does selling to us at a show work?

  1. Text before the show with a few photos of what you are bringing. If Nick will be there too, your offer can be ready when you meet.
  2. Pick a time and spot inside the show. We do not run a vendor table, so we will meet you wherever is easy.
  3. Look over the cards together and finish the sale in person. If you also want to shop the dealer tables, that is fine by us.

Trade nights: 757 Card Shows runs a Friday evening trade night at the Virginia Beach Fieldhouse before each of its shows there. What should I know before selling at a card show?

  • Know your best cards first. Look up your top few with our card value guide so you know a fair offer when you hear one.
  • Protect what you bring. Sleeves and toploaders for anything valuable, and a binder or box for the rest. Cards loose in a bag get damaged in a crowd.
  • Get more than one offer. Dealers pay below market because they resell, and their offers vary. Walking the room is free, and comparing offers is normal, not rude.
  • Ask how they got the number. A good buyer will explain their offer card by card on anything valuable.
  • Bring a parent if you are under 18. Many buyers, including us, need a parent or guardian to approve a sale.

Not going to a show?

We also meet at our two spots, in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, and for bigger collections we can come to you. Send photos and get a free offer within 12 to 24 hours.
